A database is a large amount of information which may be used in many time-saving ways including: mailing list, prospect list, tracking responses to advertising campaigns, maintaining records of attendance at conferences and shows, and membership statistics.
But creating and managing such a database can be overwhelming. We guide our clients through a process which clearly defines the expected uses of their information, creating a database that can meet those criteria.
Some of our clients choose to have us create a database which they are able to update and maintain in their offices.
Other clients have us create the database and routinely update it for them.
We also create the reports and lists from these databases, as requested by our clients.
